Social Culture and Development Association-TOGEL is a non-profit, non-governmental organization which was founded in Istanbul, in 2007. It carries out many projects and social responsibility activities with the aim of providing social awareness, increasing the dialogue between generations and cultures, and contributing to the education and solidarity of the society.
